Compare two files via distinct hash methods.

Hash Compare is a file comparison tool that can be downloaded for free, and this is the first in a list of interesting virtues.

To begin, Hash Compare works with a very simple interface, something much appreciated in programs aimed at programmers or specialized users. On the other hand, Hash Compare supports three hash methods for the comparison of files: MD5, SHA1 and SHA256.

You can drag and drop the two files you want to compare into the Hash Compare interface. Then, after selecting the hash method, you'll get the sequence of letters and numbers that make up the hash of the files. In addition, Hash Compare avoids the comparison of both hashes by eye, to give a comparison result: "both files are equal," or "the two files are different."
